Job description
a. Oversee the arrangement of travel and hotel reservations
b. Supervise all administrative platforms for routine administrative affairs (Office and Fleet management, Coordination of cleaner and other support staff, , Secretarial tasks)
c. Help other staff members with administrative tasks
d. Performs administrative monitoring of rentals (payment of the rent, monitoring of the charges etc.,).
e. Supervises equipment, servicing and maintenance, and affects the administrative handling of accidents.
f. Manage and supervise administrative, IT and logistic staff of CPI Yangon Office.
g. Maintain information flow among CPI offices and documentation of inter-office memo/ meeting minutes.
h. Follow-up the FFH registration process and take necessary action when necessary
Job requirement
• Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
• Good organizational, planning and analytical skills with attention to details, demonstrated sound judgment, and ability to manage simultaneous priorities under tight deadlines.
• Ability to apply discretion and handle sensitive confidential information.
• Willingness and ability to travel often.
• Good command of English language is required
• Previous NGO experience is preferable
