Job description
The primary role of the marketing executive is to sell the company's training services to customers including business organisations, government organisations and groups. This also includes finding new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Work with the management to support the company revenue and sales in the business-to-business model.
Activities important for success include building relationships, researching the market and presenting our services to the customers (personal selling)
Arrange meetings and listen to customer requirements and present appropriate training solutions
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via phone calls and emails
Handle incoming email and phone enquiries  Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Liaise with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders for marketing collaterals and materials
Check the quantities of materials to present to customers and in stock with admin
Record sales and customer information and keep data into the computer system
Review own sales performance, aim to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Help promote and develop marketing activities (launching marketing campaigns, developing and distributing of brochures and promotional materials.)
Achieve excellent customer service (internally and externally) and support proactively in responding to customer queries
Job requirement
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
At least 2 years experience in customer service, sales or marketing (Training provided)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint) and the Internet is a must.
Knowledge of customer policies, service procedures, and standards  Experience working in the education and/or HR sector
People oriented attitude and the willingness the learn
Friendly, presentable and possess good interpersonal skills
