Role Description

Being a part of our group, you are responsible for assisting manager(s) to establish a sales team, make presentations for customers (ship owners or engineers) and build long-term client relationships. You should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position.
Job requirement
Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing
Reach potential customers through cold calling and site visiting with the team.
Presenting, promoting and selling marine equipment using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
After customer visit, collect and maintain customer contact information, then complete customer visit report analysis upload to Google Drive.
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs such as solution report, quotation, technical specification etc.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Coordinate sales effort with team members from U.S and China.
Research & Analysis
Product/Project
Understand the current industry such as marine equipment brands, spec types, market value, imported country, and used location.
Assist with sales manager to develop and implement effective sales strategy by segregating different product line.
Sales Market
Actively connected with local shipyards, ship owners and government projects.
Travel together with management approaching to customers and understand their concerns and demand.
Assist with director to build a feasible and challenging sales target.
Prepare Weekly Sales Plan indicating the number of customers that has been visited and connected, and evaluation report after each visit electronically.
